University of Kyiv, Master of Arts, Philology Master’s Degree by 23, Business owner by 25, Tatiana has been busy. Within the last five years, Tatiana’s professional career has rapidly developed, and now she has been traveling, and seeing the world. AEM SERVICES Tatiana is the co-found and co-owner of AEM Services, and is responsible for directing day-to-day operations for AEM Data. Tatiana oversees our large international outsourcing operation supporting several sales-based verticals. EXPERIENCE Fluent in English, Tatiana is in charge of multiple sales organizations partnering with international based clients over the past 4 years. Working alongside her America based counterparts, Tatiana has excelled at directing her Ukrainian based team while being the liaison between our US based teams.

Successfully tackling both school and business ownership, Shane quickly learned that hard work, dedication and commitment is the formula for success. AEM SERVICES Recently partnering with AEM Data as Vice President of Sales, Shane is dedicated, committed and focused on data sales and lead generation, with an emphasis on marketing campaigns, data services, and sales systems & processes. Shane is actively working with clients to increase their marketing capabilities, whether it is creating new marketing structures, or helping clients utilize our high-quality products. EXPERIENCE Attracted by beautiful weather, beaches and palm trees, Shane decided to sell his business and relocated to sunny South Florida where he currently resides. Utilizing his skills in business sales and marketing, Shane continued his journey into Lead generation rapidly excelling. Shane’s drive to succeed and help others created opportunities to expand. Pursuing various industries Shane implemented his professional experience and advanced to Director of Sales and business development increasing sales and revenue annually for over 8 years.
